摘要
传统建筑施工通常采用现场浇筑混凝土和现场制造建筑元素的方式进行作业,而预制装配式建筑则将建筑元素在工厂中精密制造,然后以模块化方式在现场快速组装,极大提高了施工质量,减少浪费、降低施工对环境的影响,同时还可以缩短工程周期,降低劳动力成本,这也使得预制装配式建筑成为一种环保和可持续的建筑方法。基于此,本文对预制装配式建筑施工技术要点进行研究,结合工程实际条件来对相关技术进行科学运用。
Traditional building construction usually adopts the operation way of pouring concrete on site and manufacturing building elements on site,while prefabricated assembled building construction includes the precise manufacture of building elements in the factory and subsequent quick assembly on site in a modular way.This method greatly improves the construction quality,reduces waste,reduces the impact of construction on the environment,and also shortens the project cycle and reduces labor costs,so prefabricated assembled building construction becomes an environmentally protective and sustainable construction method.Based on this condition,this paper studies the key points of prefabricated assembled building construction technology,and scientifically applies the relevant technologies in combination with the actual conditions of the project.
