摘要
LNG储罐罐顶平台一般设计为钢结构,但因为环境影响或业主喜好,有的储罐罐顶平台设计为钢筋混凝土结构。钢筋混凝土平台结构需要支模、绑钢筋等工序,施工比钢结构平台面临诸多困难,如在穹顶球面支模、临空悬挑支模、高空浇筑混凝土、安全管理等。本文通过对阳江LNG调峰储气库项目储气库工程LNG储罐罐顶钢筋混凝土平台施工过程进行阐述,为类似工程提供有力的参考。
LNG storage tank roof platform is generally designed as a steel structure.However,due to environmental impact or owner's preference,some storage tank roof platforms are designed as a reinforced concrete structure.The reinforced concrete platform structure needs formwork supporting,steel bar binding and other processes,and the construction is more difficult than the steel structure platform in terms of formwork support on dome spherical surface,cantilever formwork support in free face,pouring concrete at high altitude,and safety management.This paper expounds the construction process of LNG storage tank roof reinforced concrete platform in the gas storage project of Yangjiang LNG peak shaving gas storage project,and provides predominant reference for similar projects.
