房建装配式建筑结构外挂墙板的施工技术研究

随着建筑行业对效率和可持续性要求的提高,房建装配式建筑成为发展趋势。研究目的在于通过技术创新,解决这些问题,进而推动装配式建筑的发展。经过系统的研究与实践,结果显示采用优化设计的吊装工具和连接件,可以显著提高墙板的安装效率和质量。本文旨在深入研究房建装配式建筑结构外挂墙板的施工技术,通过分析现有技术的不足,结合工程实践和理论分析,探讨如何通过材料创新、连接方式优化、施工工艺改进等方面提高外挂墙板的施工效率和质量。

With the improvement of construction industry's requirements for efficiency and sustainability,prefabricated buildings in housing construction have become a development trend.This study aims to solve these problems through technological innovation,and subsequently promote the development of prefabricated buildings.After systematic research and practice,the results show that the installation efficiency and quality of wall panels can be significantly improved by using optimally designed hoisting tools and connectors.The purpose of this paper is to deeply study the construction technology of external wall panel of prefabricated building structure in housing construction,and discuss how to improve the construction efficiency and quality of external wall panel through material innovation,connection mode optimization and construction process improvement by analyzing the shortcomings of existing technology and in combination with engineering practice and theoretical analysis.
