摘要
随着基础设施建设的不断发展,传统的混凝土材料在满足现代工程要求方面遇到了限制。为此,科研人员和工程师开始探索新的材料和技术来满足现代建筑需求。钢纤维混凝土是结合传统混凝土和钢纤维的复合材料,由于其独特的组合结构,具有更高的耐久性和抗裂性,成为现代路桥工程的理想选择。本文从原材料选择、配合比设计、搅拌、浇筑、养护技术等方面,对钢纤维混凝土的施工技术进行了深入探讨,并针对其在施工过程中可能遇到的关键问题提供解决策略。
With the continuous development of infrastructure construction,traditional concrete materials have encountered limitations in meeting the modern engineering requirements.Therefore,researchers and engineers begin to explore new materials and technologies to meet the modern construction needs.Steel fiber concrete is a composite material that combines traditional concrete and steel fibers.Due to its unique combination structure,it has higher durability and crack resistance,so it becomes an ideal choice for modern road and bridge engineering.In this paper,the steel fiber concrete construction technology is discussed in terms of raw material selection,mix ratio design,mixing,pouring and maintenance technology,and solutions are provided in response to the key problems that may be encountered in the construction process.
