摘要
随着信息技术的快速发展,大数据技术已经成为提高矿用安全生产水平和经济效益的关键技术之一。大数据技术在矿用钻机装备中的应用是当前煤炭工业现代化进程中的一个重要方向。本文通过对大数据技术在矿用钻机装备中应用的综述,探讨了其在设备故障预测与维护优化、运营状态监测与优化、设备健康管理以及生产调度与优化等方面的影响,并分析了面临的问题和挑战以及解决这些问题的潜力和价值。
With the rapid development of information technology,big data technology has become one of the key technologies to improve the mining safe production level and economic benefits.The application of big data technology in mining drilling rig equipment is an important direction in the modernization process of the coal industry at present.Through an overview of big data technology application in mining drilling rig equipment,this paper discusses its influence on equipment failure prediction and maintenance optimization,operation status monitoring and optimization,equipment health management,and production scheduling and optimization,and analyzes the problems and challenges and the potential and value of solving these problems.
