国有企业信息化自主替代策略研究

Research on Autonomous Substitution Strategy of State-Owned Enterprise Informatization

自主可控升级是央企国企适应数字化转型形势发展,发挥企业核心资源管理竞争优势的普遍选择。目前企业自主替代主要应用于OA、门户等相关系统,但对于企业核心ERP系统,国产化替代仍然面临较大的挑战。本文针对企业核心ERP系统自主替代的难点和挑战进行分析,并提出评估方法和自主替代的策略,为有序推进ERP系统自主替代工作提供参考。

Autonomous and controllable upgrading is a common choice for central and state-owned enterprises to adapt to the development of digital transformation trend and give full play to the competitive advantages of enterprise core resource management.At present,the autonomous substitution of enterprises is mainly used in OA,portal and other related systems.However,for the core ERP system of enterprises,the localization substitution still faces great challenges.This paper analyzes the difficulties and challenges of autonomous substitution of the core ERP system of enterprises,and puts forward the evaluation methods and autonomous substitution strategies,so as to provide a reference for the orderly promotion of autonomous substitution of the ERP system.
