BIM技术的出现为工程项目管理带来了新的机遇,本文聚焦于应用BIM技术构建工程项目管理信息化平台,尤其是针对突发事件的应急预案仿真与演练,实现对工程项目的三维可视化模拟,为应急预案的制定和演练提供更加真实、直观的环境。本文主要研究如何利用BIM技术提高工程项目管理中应对突发事件的能力,以推动整个行业的快速发展。

The emergence of BIM technology brings about new opportunities for engineering project management.This paper focuses on the application of BIM technology to construct an engineering project management informatization platform,especially for the simulation and drill of emergency plans,to achieve three-dimensional visual simulation of engineering projects,and to provide a more realistic and intuitive environment for the formulation and drill of emergency plans.This paper mainly studies how to use BIM technology to improve the ability to respond to emergencies in engineering project management,so as to promote the rapid development of the entire industry.
