摘要
近年来,国民经济的飞速发展,对电力企业的供电服务提出了更高的品质要求,不仅要严格保证配电网的安全性、稳定性以及快速修复能力,还要加大配网的调度能力,解决以往调度模式中存在的异地沟通不畅、业务忙闲不均等显著问题。而在现代科技的加持下,配网供电服务可进一步探究现代化的调度路径,探索通信资源配置优化的方式方法,力求实现万物互联互动。本文将从配网供电服务指挥智慧音视频通信系统出发,对功能设计和实现技术进行论述,以供参考。
In recent years,with the rapid development of the national economy,higher quality requirements have been proposed for electric power supply services of electric power enterprises,which should not only strictly ensure the safety,stability and rapid repair ability of the distribution network,but also increase the dispatching capacity of the distribution network,and solve the significant problems such as poor off-site communication and uneven distribution of busy and idle business in the previous dispatching mode.With the support of modern science and technology,the distribution network power supply service can further explore the modern dispatching path,explore the ways and means of optimizing the allocation of communication resources,and strive to realize the interaction of all things.In this paper,the functional design and implementation technology will be discussed based on the intelligent audio and video communication system of distribution network power supply service command,for reference.
