分布式光伏发电的继电保护策略分析

摘要 随着光伏技术进步、制造成本降低及政策的积极扶持,光伏发电在全球范围内迅速普及,尤其是分布式光伏发电系统已逐渐成为电力系统的重要组成部分。对此,必须掌握分布式光伏发电并网的具体情况、并网造成的孤岛效应、并网母线影响、用户配电站主变保护影响、侧变电站保护影响,并据此提出基于方向元件改进继电保护、自适应电流保护、基于通信原理改进电流保护、防孤岛保护等继电保护策略,以提高并网可靠性,实现电网高质量运行。 With the progress of photovoltaic technology,the reduction of manufacturing costs and the active support of policies,photovoltaic electric power generation is rapidly popularized in the world,especially distributed photovoltaic electric power generation system has gradually become an important part of electric power system.In this regard,it is necessary to grasp the specific situation of distributed photovoltaic electric power generation grid connection,the islanding effect caused by grid connection,the impact of grid-connected bus,the protection impact of user distribution station main transformer,and the protection impact of lateral substation.Relay protection strategies are accordingly proposed,such as improved relay protection based on directional elements,adaptive current protection,improved current protection based on communication principle,and anti-islanding protection,so as to improve the reliability of grid connection and realize the high-quality operation of power grid.
