摘要
某科研单位是集团公司的科技创新平台、战略决策支持机构、高层次科技人才聚集基地,围绕国家和集团战略,开展战略性、前瞻性和重大共性技术攻关。作为科研单位如何分析、满足、引导和创造客户的多样化需求,实现客户价值,逐渐成为其创新驱动、落地见效的关键,因此,亟须通过搭建完整的客户需求管理体系、深化专业系统应用,用以提高客户需求分析能力,提升需求管理水平。
A scientific research unit is the scientific and technological innovation platform,the strategic decision-making support institution,and the gathering base for high-level scientific and technological talents of the group company,and carries out strategic,prospective and major common technical research based on the national and group strategies.As a scientific research unit,how to analyze,meet,guide and create the diversified needs of customers and realize customer value has gradually become the key to its innovation-driven and effective implementation.Therefore,it is urgent to build a complete customer demand management system and deepen the application of professional systems to improve the ability of customer demand analysis and improve the level of demand management.
