摘要
心力衰竭是许多心血管疾病患者死亡的主要原因之一,威胁着全球人类健康。随着分子生物学技术不断发展,新近发现多个程序性细胞死亡形式,相关研究涉及多个领域,并有研究表明部分程序性细胞死亡途径与心力衰竭作用机制有关。本文综述自噬、焦亡和铁死亡等程序性细胞死亡途径在心力衰竭中的分子机制,讨论已报道的程序性细胞死亡形式在心力衰竭中的作用,以期为从程序性细胞死亡的角度深入了解心力衰竭作用机制提供新的方向。
Heart failure is one of the leading causes of death in many patients with cardiovascular diseases and threatens human health worldwide.With the continuous development of molecular biology technology,many forms of programmed cell death have been discovered recently,and related research involves many fields.Some studies have shown that some programmed cell death pathways are related to the mechanism of heart failure.This article reviews the molecular mechanisms of programmed cell death pathways such as autophagy,pyroptosis and ferroptosis in heart failure,and discusses the role of reported forms of programmed cell death in heart failure,in order to provide a new direction for understanding the mechanism of heart failure from the perspective of programmed cell death.
