宇宙的尽头是编制?编制影响主观幸福感的实证分析

摘要 本文利用中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,考察了编制对员工主观幸福感的影响及工作满意度在其中的中介作用。研究发现,无论是对于公共部门编外人员还是非公共部门人员,拥有编制都能带来更高的主观幸福感,且工作满意度在其中起中介作用。但是对于公共部门编外人员,编制对主观幸福感不存在直接影响效应,编制的直接影响效应仅体现在其与非公共部门人员的比较当中。基于研究,本文认为在关注火热的“宇宙的尽头是编制”现象时,应当通过切实提高工作满意度来不断提升人们的主观幸福感,从而在一定程度上缓解当下的编制焦虑。 Based on the unique personnel management system in China,this study uses data from the China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)to examine the impact of established positions(bianzhi)on employeessubjective well-being and the mediating role of job satisfaction.The results show that established positions can lead to a higher level of subjective well-being compared to informal positions in the public sector and staff in the non-public sector,and job satisfaction plays a mediating role in this relationship.However,compared to informal staff in the public sector,established positions show no direct impact on the subjective well-being of formal staff in the public sector,and the direct impact is only reflected in comparison with staff in the non-public sector.Based on the research findings,this study suggests that in addition to paying attention to the phenomenon of the ultimate goal being an established position,it is also necessary to continuously improve peoples subjective well-being by effectively improving their job satisfaction,thereby,to a certain extent,alleviating their current job anxieties.
