大跨度钢结构横纵梁拼装焊接热影响区异常检测方法

Abnormal Detection Method for Heat Affected Zone During Assembly and Welding of Large-span Steel Structure Transverse and Longitudinal Beams

摘要 由于大跨度钢结构横纵梁拼装焊接热影响区存在异常缺陷,提出一种大跨度钢结构横纵梁拼装焊接热影响区异常检测方法。选取Q345碳钢材质横纵梁预制件作为试验材料,在其表面预制异常气孔;通过MOI型号涡流热成像装置实施热影响区异常检测。结果显示,试验试件气孔区域与邻近区域的加热功率温差值达到了308.45 K;气孔区域与邻近区域的温差值达到了910 K;当加热功率设定为122 kW时,该方法可检出全部试件不同尺度预制气孔,实现异常区域检测目的。 Due to defects in the heat affected zone(HAZ)during the assembly and welding of large-span steel structure transverse and longitudinal beams,a method for detecting abnormal heat-affected zones in these beams is proposed.Q345 carbon steel prefabricated transverse and longitudinal beams are selected as the test material,with abnormal pores deliberately introduced on their surface.Abnormal detection of heat-affected zone is performed using the MOI model eddy current thermal imaging device.The results showed that the temperature difference between the pore area and the adjacent area of the test specimen reached 308.45 K,while the temperature difference between the stomatal area and the adjacent area reached 910K.When the heating power was set to 122kW,this method was able to detect prefabricated pores of various sizes in all specimens,achieving the goal of identifying abnormal areas.
