补肾活血法治疗男性不育症的用药规律

Medication Pattern of Male Infertility Treated by Tonifying Kidney and Activating Blood Circulation Method

目的:采用数据挖掘技术分析补肾活血法治疗男性不育症的用药规律。方法:检索中国学术期刊全文数据库、重庆维普数据库以及万方数据库2000年1月1日至2022年12月31日收录的补肾活血法治疗男性不育症的临床文献,筛选文献中治疗男性不育症有效的中药汤剂处方,进行频率分析、关联规则分析及系统聚类分析。结果:最终纳入处方51首,中药98种。以菟丝子、枸杞子、当归使用频次较高;药性多为温、寒、平,药味多为甘、苦、辛,归经多为肝、肾、脾经;关联规则分析显示关联强度较高的药物组合共14条,聚类分析显示6种分类组合。结论:补肾活血法是男性不育症的常用治法,五子衍宗丸、六味地黄丸、桂枝茯苓丸是其最常用的基础方剂。

Objective:To analyze the medication pattern of tonifying the kidney and activating blood in the treatment of male infertility using data mining technology.METHODS:We searched the clinical literature on the treatment of male infertility by the method of tonifying the kidney and activating blood,which was included in the China Academic Journals Full Text Database,the Chongqing Weipu Database and the Wanfang Database from January 1,2000,to December 31,2022,and screened the prescriptions of Chinese herbal medicinal broths that were effective in the treatment of male infertility in the literature,and then carried out the frequency analysis,the association rule analysis and the systematic clustering analysis.Results:Fifty-one prescriptions and 98 types of Chinese medicines were finally included.Tusizi(cuscuta),Gouqizi(lycium barbarum),and Danggui(angelica sinensis)were used more frequently;the medicinal properties were mostly warm,cold,and flat;the medicinal flavors were mostly sweet,bitter,and pungent;and the attributed meridians were mostly the Liver,Kidney,and Spleen meridians;with the analysis of the association rules it is suggested that there were a total of 14 combinations of medicines with high association strengths,and the clustering analysis showed 6 kinds of categorical combinations.Conclusion:The method of tonifying the kidney and activating blood is a common treatment for male infertility,and Wuzi Yanzong Pill,Liuwei Dihuang Pill and Guizhi Fuling Pill are the most used basic formulas for it.
