摘要
随着新型电力系统建设深入推进,电网设备运维管理体系和安全治理新质生产力的要求也不断提升。传统变电站一键顺控验收调试主要通过操作票人工验证和顺控传动验证相结合的方式开展,该方式存在验收耗时长、验收存在死角、停电协调困难、调试条件繁杂等问题,严重影响了一键顺控现场安装调试进度以及后期正式上线应用的安全稳定性。因此,本文提出一种基于“静态校核+虚拟仿真”虚实结合验证的一键顺控自动验收方法,通过专家文本语义识别算法对顺控主机预置库和运维典型操作票进行静态校核,然后通过基于SCD、CID、ICD模型构建文件解析模块,搭建全景数字化虚拟仿真测试,进而验证一键顺控全站、全间隔操作信息回路映射正确性,为传统人工验收向智能化不停电验收方法转变提供技术支撑。验证结果表明,该装置能大幅度提升一键顺控验收效率和质量,确保一键顺控上线应用正确率达100%。
With the continuous deepening of the construction of new power systems,the requirements for power grid equipment operation and maintenance management system and security governance of new quality productivity continue to increase.The traditional One-key sequence control acceptance and commissioning of substation is mainly carried out through the combination of manual verification of operation tickets and compliance control transmission verification.This method has some problems such as long acceptance time,dead angle in acceptance,difficulty in power outage coordination,and complicated debugging conditions,which seriously affect the progress of on-site installation and commissioning of one-key sequence control and the safety and stability of the formal application in the later stage.Therefore,this paper proposes a one-key automatic acceptance method of CIS control based on"static calibration and virtual simulation"combining virtual-real verification.The expert text semantic recognition algorithm is used to carry out static check on the sequence host preset library and the typical operation ticket of operation and maintenance,and then the file parsing module based on SCD,CID and ICD models is constructed to build a panoramic digital virtual simulation test.The correctness of the mapping of the information loop of the one-key sequential operation in the whole station is verified,which provides technical support for the transformation from traditional manual acceptance to intelligent non-power outage acceptance.The verification results show that the device can greatly improve the acceptance efficiency and quality of one-key compliance control,and ensure 100%correct application of one-key compliance control on line.
