高频重复经颅磁刺激改善帕金森病患者运动症状的研究进展分析

Analysis of Research Progress on High-frequency Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation for Improving Motor Symptoms in Parkinson’s Disease Patients

帕金森病(parkinson disease,PD)是一种常见的、有进展性的中老年人神经系统退行性疾病,发病率仅次于阿尔茨海默病。PD的临床表现主要分为运动症状和非运动症状,其中以姿势平衡障碍、肌张力增高、运动迟缓和静止性震颤为主要表现的运动症状会严重影响患者的日常生活,降低患者的生活质量。随着临床研究的深入和科技的进步,高频重复经颅磁刺激(high-frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation,HF-rTMS)已被广泛用于PD患者的治疗,在改善PD患者运动症状方面表现出明显优势。目前已有大量关于HF-rTMS改善PD患者运动症状的研究。阐述了HF-rTMS改善PD患者运动症状的研究进展。

Parkinson disease(PD)is a common and progressive neurodegenerative disease in middle-aged and elderly people,and its incidence rate is second only to Alzheimer’s disease.The clinical manifestations of PD are mainly divided into motor symptoms and non motor symptoms.Among them,motor symptoms mainly manifested as postural balance disorders,increased muscle tone,bradykinesia,and resting tremors can seriously affect the daily life of patients and reduce their quality of life.With the deepening of clinical research and advances in technology,high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(HF-rTMS)has been widely used in the treatment of PD patients,showing significant advantages in improving their motor symptoms.There have been numerous studies on the improvement of motor symptoms in PD patients by HF rTMS.This article mainly introduces the research progress of HF rTMS in improving motor symptoms in PD patients.
