大川芎口服液治疗中风先兆的临床效果研究

Clinical Study on the Eff ect of Dachuangxiong Oral Solution in the Treatment of Stroke Premonitory Symptoms

观察中成药大川芎口服液治疗中风先兆患者的效果,分析其对患者血液流变学、NIHSS评分、ADL评分、双侧颈动脉IMT的影响。纳入70例患有中风先兆的患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组各35例。对照组患者接受阿司匹林、阿托伐他汀钙片口服治疗,同时采取健康教育、戒烟限酒、推荐低盐低脂饮食等常规干预措施;试验组在对照组治疗方法基础上加用大川芎口服液。两组患者分别接受为期8周的治疗,研究结果显示,试验组的临床总有效率(97.14%)优于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的血液流变学、中医证候积分、NIHSS评分、ADL评分与双侧颈动脉IMT水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的各项指标均得到明显改善,与治疗前相比有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗后试验组各项指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,大川芎口服液联合西药治疗对中风先兆患者的疗效确切,可显著改善患者血液流变学指标、NIHSS评分、ADL评分、双侧颈动脉IMT的临床指标水平。

To observe the effect of traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations Dachuanxiong oral liquid in treating patients with premonitory stroke,and analyze its effect on patients’hemorheology,NIHSS score,ADL score,and bilateral carotid artery IMT.Seventy patients with stroke precursors were included and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group using a random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group patients received oral treatment with aspirin and atorvastatin calcium tablets,while routine interventions such as health education,smoking cessation and alcohol restriction,and recommended low salt and low-fat diets were implemented;On the basis of the treatment method of the control group,the experimental group was treated with Dachuangxiong oral solution.Two groups of patients received treatment for 8 weeks each,and thefinal results showed that the clinical total effective rate of the experimental group(97.14%)was better than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the blood rheology,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,NIHSS score,ADL score,and bilateral arterial IMT levels between the two groups of patients;After treatment,all indicators of both groups of patients were significantly improved,with statistical significance compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and all indicators of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Research has found that the combination of Dachuanxiong oral solution and Western medicine treatment has a definite therapeutic effect on patients with stroke premonitory symptoms,significantly improving clinical indicators such as hemorheological parameters,NIHSS score,ADL score,and bilateral arterial IMT.
