摘要
分析冠脉介入治疗中鼻烟窝远端桡动脉穿刺路径对患者术后NRS评分、手术安全性的影响。选取96例入院接受冠脉介入治疗的患者为研究对象,行回顾性临床研究,患者均于2023年1月—2023年12月接受治疗,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组。对照组(n=47)行近端桡动脉穿刺,试验组(n=49)行鼻烟窝远端桡动脉穿刺。比较两组患者的冠脉介入治疗操作指标、NRS评分和并发症发生率。结果显示,试验组平均术后压迫时间短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者术后1 h、3h、5h的NRS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,鼻烟窝远端桡动脉穿刺方法的应用,可积极降低冠脉介入治疗患者术中桡动脉穿刺操作相关临床并发症的发生风险,减轻患者的术后疼痛感,缩短术后穿刺点压迫止血时间,提高患者的手术舒适度。
Analyze the impact of the distal radial artery puncture pathway in the nasal cavity on postoperative NRS score and surgical safety in patients undergoing coronary intervention therapy.A retrospective clinical study was conducted on 96 patients admitted for coronary intervention treatment.All patients received treatment from January 2023 to December 2023 and were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table method.The control group(n=47)underwent proximal radial artery puncture,while the experimental group(n=49)underwent distal radial artery puncture of the nasal cavity.Compare the operational indicators,NRS scores,and incidence of complications of coronary intervention therapy between two groups of patients.The results showed that the average postoperative compression time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The NRS scores of patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group at 1,3,and 5 hours after surgery(P<0.05);The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the application of distal radial artery puncture method in the nasal cavity can actively reduce the risk of clinical complications related to radial artery puncture operation in patients undergoing coronary intervention therapy,alleviate postoperative pain,shorten the compression and hemostasis time of the puncture point,and improve patient comfort during surgery.
