中药材鉴定中传统经验鉴定法的应用价值研究

Research on the Application Value of Traditional Empirical Identifi cation Method in the Identifi cation of Chinese Medicinal Materials

讨论中药材鉴定中传统经验鉴定法的应用价值。以2022年12月—2023年12月为研究时间,选取常见的22种中药材开展鉴定。均应用传统经验鉴定法、现代鉴定法进行鉴定。两种鉴定形式均取等量的中药材,对不同鉴定方法的应用价值进行评析。结果显示,不同方法鉴定中药材的错误率方面,现代鉴定法为9.09%,传统经验鉴定法为13.64%,两种鉴定形式的准确率分别为90.91%、86.36%,组间数据对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究发现,中药材鉴定中,传统经验鉴定法与现代鉴定法相比,在鉴定准确度方面具有较高的一致性,并且操作更为简单。

Discuss the application value of traditional empirical identification methods in the identification of traditional Chinese medicinal materials.From December 2022 to December 2023,22 common Chinese medicinal materials were selected for identification.Both traditional and modern appraisal methods are used for identification.Both forms of identification take equal amounts of traditional Chinese medicinal materials and evaluate the application value of different identification methods.The results showed that in terms of the error rate of identifying traditional Chinese medicinal materials using different methods,the modern identification method was 9.09%,while the traditional empirical identification method was 13.64%.The accuracy rates of the two identification forms were 90.91%and 86.36%,respectively.There was no statistical difference in the comparison of data between groups(P>0.05).Research has found that in the identification of traditional Chinese medicinal materials,the traditional empirical identification method has higher consistency in identification accuracy compared to modern identification methods,and the operation is simpler.
