喹硫平、阿立哌唑治疗双相情感障碍抑郁发作的疗效研究

Study on the Effi cacy of Quetiapine and Aripiprazole in the Treatment of Depressive Episodes in Bipolar Disorder

分析喹硫平、阿立哌唑治疗双相情感障碍抑郁发作的疗效。选取2021年1月—2023年3月高安恒祥精神病医院收治的120例双向情感障碍抑郁发作患者为研究对象,以抽签法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各60例。对照组采用喹硫平联合丙戊酸钠治疗,观察组采用阿立哌唑联合丙戊酸钠治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果显示,治疗4周、8周后,两组患者HAMD评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗8周后,两组患者MoCA、MMSE评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者E2与CRP水平均优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者正性情绪及负性情绪评分均优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对双相情感障碍抑郁发作患者,采取阿立哌唑联合丙戊酸钠治疗的效果更为优异,能有效改善患者精神状况,具有较高临床应用价值。

Analyze the efficacy of quetiapine and aripiprazole in treating depressive episodes of bipolar disorder.120 patients with bipolar disorder and depressive episodes admitted to Gao’an Hengxiang Mental Hospital from January 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with quetiapine combined with sodium valproate,while the observation group was treated with aripiprazole combined with sodium valproate.Compare the treatment outcomes of two groups of patients.The results showed that after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the HAMD scores of both groups of patients were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);After 8 weeks of treatment,the MoCA and MMSE scores of both groups of patients were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of E2 and CRP in both groups of patients were better than before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the positive and negative emotion scores of both groups of patients were better than before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the combination of aripiprazole and sodium valproate is more effective in treating patients with bipolar disorder and depression,and can effectively improve their mental state,with high clinical application value.
