摘要
分析实施中医护理干预对重型颅脑损伤患者术后呼吸道管理的影响。选取2022年1月—2022年12月医院收治的20例重型颅脑损伤患者为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各10例。观察组实施中医护理干预,对照组实施基础护理干预,比较两组患者肺部感染情况、生活质量、神经功能缺损情况以及生活能力。结果显示,观察组患者肺部感染的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者生活质量均较护理前明显提升,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者神经功能缺损情况改善,生活能力提高,且观察组相关指标评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,在重型颅脑损伤患者术后实施中医护理干预,能够有效降低肺部感染发生率,提高患者的生活质量。
Analyze the impact of implementing traditional Chinese medicine nursing interventions on postoperative respiratory management in patients with severe traumatic brain injury.Select 20 patients with severe traumatic brain injury admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 as the research subjects,and randomly divide them into an observation group and a control group,with 10 patients in each group.The observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention,while the control group received basic nursing intervention.The lung infection status,quality of life,neurological deficit,and living ability of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the incidence of pulmonary infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the quality of life of both groups of patients significantly improved compared to before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the neurological deficits of both groups of patients improved,their living abilities improved,and the scores of relevant indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that implementing traditional Chinese medicine nursing interventions in patients with severe traumatic brain injury after surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of pulmonary infections and improve their quality of life.
