器官捐献者家属的社会支持现状调查及影响因素分析

Investigation on the Current Situation of Social Support for Organ Donor Families and Analysis of Infl uencing Factors

对器官捐献者家属的社会支持现状进行调查,分析其影响因素。于2023年1月—2023年12月对中山市120例潜在人体器官捐献者家属进行访谈与调查,根据被调查对象社会支持评定量表得分将其分为两组。其中,>40分者纳入支持组,≤40分者纳入非支持组。结果显示,支持组已婚有伴侣者占比低于非支持组,社会支持评定量表、简易应对方式问卷评分高于非支持组,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组器官捐献者家属的读书年限、家庭平均月收入、职业、户口、存在焦虑问题、良好健康状况等指标比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。以应对方式为自变量,社会支持总体得分为因变量,行Logistic回归分析,发现简易应对方式问卷中结果为积极应对的家属是社会支持的保护因素,可获得更多的社会支持。研究发现,器官捐献者家属的社会支持现状较差,与年龄、性别、家庭月收入、读书年限等无关,与婚姻伴侣状况、应对方式等有着直接关系。

This study investigates the current status of social support for family members of organ donors and analyzes its influencing factors.From January 2023 to December 2023,interviews and surveys were conducted on 120 potential family members of human organ donors in Zhongshan City,and they were divided into two groups based on their scores on the Social Support Rating Scale.Among them,those with scores greater than 40 are included in the support group,and those with scores less than or equal to 40 are included in the non-support group.The results showed that the proportion of married couples in the support group was lower than that in the non-support group,and the scores of the Social Support Rating Scale and the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire were higher than those in the non-support group.The data differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the length of education,average monthly income,occupation,household registration,anxiety problems,and good health status between the two groups of organ donor family members.Using coping strategies as the independent variable and overall social support scores as the dependent variable,logistic regression analysis was conducted.It was found that family members who responded positively in the simple coping strategies questionnaire were protective factors of social support and could receive more social support.Research has found that the social support status of family members of organ donors is relatively poor,which is not related to age,gender,monthly family income,years of education,etc.,but directly related to marital partner status,coping strategies,etc.
