兰州地区胸痛中心护理单元建设与管理标准研究

Research on the Impact of Establishing and Managing Standards for the Construction of Chest Pain Nursing Units in Lanzhou Area

探究兰州地区胸痛中心护理单元建设与管理标准对胸痛患者救治效果的影响。选取2024年1月—2024年9月于兰州市第一人民医院接收救治的100例胸痛患者作为研究对象,按照盲选的方式将其分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规管理的方式,观察组则实施护理单元建设与管理,评估两组患者的救治效果。结果显示,观察组护理满意为98.00%。对照组满意度为86.00%,观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院时间、D2B时间、心肌损伤标志物时间等均短于对照组(P<0.05),但观察组18导联心电图报告时间与对照组相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究发现,兰州地区胸痛护理单元建设与管理标准对提高胸痛患者救治效率具有积极意义,有利于确保胸痛患者得到高质量的护理服务,缩短患者的等待时间和治疗时间,提高治疗效果。

Exploring the impact of implementing construction and management standards in nursing units of chest pain centers in Lanzhou on the treatment effectiveness of chest pain patients.Selecting 100 chest pain patients who received treatment at the First People’s Hospital of Lanzhou City from January 2024 to September 2024 as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 patients in each group,using a blind selection method.The control group adopts conventional management methods,while the observation group implements nursing unit construction and management to evaluate the treatment effects of both groups of patients.The results showed that the satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 98.00%.The satisfaction rate of the control group was 86.00%,and the satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The hospitalization time,D2B time,and myocardial injury marker time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in the reporting time of the 18 lead electrocardiogram between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Research has found that establishing standards for the construction and management of chest pain nursing units in Lanzhou has a positive impact on improving the efficiency of treating chest pain patients,ensuring that they receive high-quality nursing services,shortening their waiting time and treatment time,and improving treatment outcomes.
