基于硫示踪法机油消耗的试验研究

摘要 为检测汽油机机油消耗与排放中粒子数量(particle number,PN)的关系,采用硫示踪法对增压直喷汽油机进行稳态和瞬态工况机油消耗试验研究,并采用不同弹力的活塞环组进行全球统一轻型车辆测试循环(worldwide harmonized light vehicles test cycle,WLTC)机油消耗及PN试验对比。试验结果表明:稳态工况下,硫示踪法与传统称质量法机油消耗率的相关系数为0.93,一致性良好;机油消耗率随发动机转矩和转速增加逐渐升高,额定功率时达到最大;瞬态工况的机油消耗与发动机初始工况、转速变化率、转矩变化率有关,转矩变化率、转速变化率越大,机油消耗率和PN峰值越高;WLTC工况下,高弹力活塞环组可降低机油消耗率和PN;机油消耗率与PN有相同的变化趋势。 In order to detect the relationship between engine oil consumption and particle number(PN)emissions,the sulfur tracing method is used for steady and transient oil consumption tests on a turbocharged direct injection gasoline engines.Piston ring groups with different tension are used to compare oil consumption and PN emissions of the worldwide harmonized light vehicles test cycle(WLTC).The test results show that under steady conditions,the correlation coefficient between the sulfur tracing method and the traditional weighing method for oil consumption rate is 0.93,and the consistency is good.The oil consumption rate increases gradually with the increase of engine torque and speed,and the rated power reaches the maximum.The oil consumption rate under the transient condition is related to the engine initial condition,speed change rate and torque change rate.The greater the torque change rate and speed change rate are,the higher the peak value of oil consumption rate and PN emissions is.Under the WLTC,the high tension piston ring group can reduce the oil consumption rate and PN emissions.The oil consumption rate and PN emission have the same change trend.
