污泥理化特性及不同破解技术对污泥破解效果的研究进展

摘要 污泥是污水处理过程中产生的副产物,具有含水率高、成分复杂和有机成分含量高等特点。污泥的理化特性直接影响污泥减量化和资源化的效果,而污泥破解效果又制约着污泥的处置处理方式。污泥处理与处置费用在污水处理厂建设成本和运行费用中的占比较大,同时还面临着巨大的技术挑战。总结了污泥理化特性及其对污泥资源化和减量化的影响,并分析了国内外污泥破解技术的原理及优缺点,最后对不同预处理破解技术存在的瓶颈问题进行了总结和展望。该研究可为污泥高效资源化与减量化技术的研究和应用提供参考。 Sludge is a by-product produced in the sewage treatment process,with the characteristics of high moisture content,complex composition,and high content of organic components.The cost of sludge treatment and disposal accounts for a large proportion of the construction and operation costs of sewage treatment plants and there are significant technical challenges.The physical and chemical characteristics of sludge directly affect the effect of dewatering and recycling of sludge,and the effect of sludge disintegration restricts the way of sludge disposal.This review summarizes the physical and chemical characteristics of sludge and their effects on sludge recycling and reduction.The principle,advantages and disadvantages of sludge disintegration technology are analyzed.Finally,the bottlenecks of different disintegration technologies are summarized and prospected,providing a reference for the research and application of efficient resource utilization and reduction technology.
