摘要
为了提升空气源热泵两器的能力,针对影响热泵两器能力的因素进行了讨论研究。在保证设计工况一定的条件下,以当代热泵系统的两器为研究对象对两器的结构、材料、传热特性以及冷热流体的流动方式进行了分析研究,以保证两器能力最优化。其次对微通道的摆放角度,形状以及不同种类制冷剂进行了详细的研究,给出了最新的热泵系统。在保证系统工况稳定的条件下,最后通过正交试验全面对热泵系统调试,给出了最优系统。
In order to improve the capacity of air source heat pump heat exchanger,the factors affecting the capacity of heat pump heat exchanger are discussed and studied.Under certain design conditions,the structure,materials,heat transfer characteristics and the flow mode of hot and cold fluid of the two units of the contemporary heat pump system are analyzed and studied to ensure the optimization of the capacity of the two units.Secondly,the shape of the microchannel,the placement Angle of the micro-channel and different kinds of refrigerants are studied in detail,and the latest heat pump system is given.Under the condition of ensuring the stability of the system working condition,the author finally debugged the heat pump system comprehensively through orthogonal test,and gave the optimal system.
