摘要
本文主要介绍了载冷系统中应用的一种新型载冷剂ZC-7,通过不同载冷剂的对比分析,其热力学性能更好、更适用于低温制冷系统;介绍了一种为载冷系统量身定制的新型换热器一一箱式换热器,相较于传统换热器其换热效率更高且具备蓄冷能力,可调节性用电;新型载冷剂ZC-7+箱式换热器的载冷系统拉温时间快、高效节能、大大降低了冷库的日常运行成本,对制冷系统的发展具有积极的推进意义。
This paper mainly introduces a new type of secondary refrigerant zC-7 used in the secondary refrigeration system,through the comparative analysis of different secondary refrigerants,its thermodynamic properties are better,it is more suitable for cryogenic refrigeration systems;A new type of heat exchanger tailored to the secondary refrigeration system was introducedthe box type heat exchanger,compared with conventional heat exchangers,its heat transfer efficiency is higher and it has the ability to store cold,adjustable use of electricity;The secondary refrigeration system composed of the new type of secondary refrigerant ZC-7+the box type heat exchanger cools down quickly,efficient and energy conservation,the daily operating costs of the cold storage are greatly reduced,it has positive significance for the development of refrigeration system.
