沂蒙山区水系连通及水美乡村建设实践与探索

Practice and exploration of water system connectivity and village construction with beautiful water in Yimeng Mountain Area

沂蒙山区位于以山东省临沂市为核心的鲁南地区,区域内山区、丘陵、平原各占总面积的1/3,地形地貌在我国北方地区具有一定的代表性。近年来,山东省临沂市在深入实施水利助力乡村振兴战略过程中,结合兰山区、莒南县水系连通及水美乡村建设试点县项目实践经验,在全市开展沂蒙山区水系连通及水美乡村建设,实施中小河流治理、农村河湖清“四乱”、水污染防治等综合措施,农村生产生活环境得到明显改善,为乡村振兴奠定了坚实水利基础。文章总结分析沂蒙山区水系连通及水美乡村建设实践的良好经验,对于持续推进河湖水环境改善、乡村生态宜居建设,进一步夯实农村地区水安全保障,助力乡村全面振兴具有一定借鉴意义。

The Yimeng Mountain Area is located in the southern part of Shandong Province,with Linyi City as the core.Within the area,mountainous areas,hills,and plains each account for one-third of the total area.Its terrain and landforms are representative in northern China.In recent years,in the process of implementing the strategy of water conservancy to assist rural revitalization in Linyi City,Shandong Province,combined experience of the pilot implementation in Lanshan and Junan county,comprehensive measures such as connecting the water system in the Yimeng Mountain area and construc-ting beautiful rural areas have been implemented,as well as controlling small and medium-sized rivers,clearing the"four chaos"of rural rivers and lakes,and preventing water pollution.The production and living environment in rural areas has significantly improved,laying a solid foundation for rural revitalization through water conservancy.This article summarizes and analyzes the practice of water system connectivity and water beauty rural construction in the Yimeng Mountain Area,which has certain reference significance for the next step of continuously promoting the improvement of river and lake water environment,the construction of rural ecological livability,further strengthening the water security guarantee in rural areas,and helping the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
