摘要
随着分布式光伏渗透率的不断提高,中低压配电网线损增加、电压偏差、三相不平衡等问题突出。提出了一种考虑分布式光伏无功支撑能力的中低压配电网多时间尺度协同无功优化策略。首先,基于光伏逆变器剩余无功容量分析,建立了中低压光伏逆变器最大无功潜力量化模型;然后,面向通信条件受限的部分低压光伏,提出了变参数就地下垂控制方法;在此基础上,考虑不同类型无功调节设备的响应速度差异,提出了包含日前、日内、实时多时间尺度的中低压配电网协同无功优化策略。仿真结果验证了所提策略在光伏无功挖掘、中低压配电网优化运行方面的有效性。
With the increasing integration of distributed photovoltaic(PV),there are prominent problems in the medium and low voltage distribution network such as line loss,voltage deviation,and three-phase imbalance.The paper proposes a multi-time scale collaborative reactive power optimization strategy for the medium and low voltage distribution network considering the reactive power support capability of the distributed PV.Firstly,the maximum reactive power potential quantization model of medium and low voltage PV inverter is established.Then,for some low voltage PV with limited communication,a variable parameter local droop control method is proposed,based on which a multi-time scale collaborative reactive power optimization strategy including day-ahead,intra-day and real time is put forward.The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy in PV reactive power mining and the medium and low voltage distribution network optimal operation.
