摘要
教学渗透力是教师在课堂教学中根据学生的认知水平、学习需求和实际情况,将教学理念、目标和策略等自然地融入到教学内容与课堂互动中,实现对学生学习内容理解、价值观念塑造以及学习体验增强的能力。教学渗透力的价值体现在多个方面,它有助于提升教师的专业水平,激发教学欲望;锤炼学生的感知能力,促进思维发展;最终有利于构建“无痕教育”磁场,营造良好氛围。此外,对教学渗透力进行适当引导和培养有助于发挥更大的教学价值。教学渗透力的提升要求教师做到:敏锐捕捉教学中的关键事件,推动教学渗透力的精准生成;提升自身专业素养,形成良好渗透效应;借助多种教学手段,丰富教学渗透方式;形成特色教学艺术,挖掘渗透深度。通过以上策略,教师可以更加有效地促进学生对教学内容的理解和吸收,提高教学质量和学习成效,以此实现教学渗透力激活课堂“磁场效应”的目的。
Teaching penetration refers to the ability of teachers to naturally integrate teaching concepts,goals and strategies into teaching content and classroom interaction acc-ording to students cognitive level,learning needs and actual situation in classroom teachi-ng,so as to realize the understanding of students learning content,the shaping of values and the enhancement of learning experience.The value of teaching penetration is embodie-d in many aspects.It helps to improve the professional level of teachers and stimulate the desire of teaching.Temper students perception ability and promote the development of t-hinking;Ultimately,it is conducive to building a“traceless education”magnetic field and creating a good atmosphere.In addition,proper guidance and cultivation of teaching penet-ration will help to exert greater teaching value.The improvement of teaching permeation requires teachers to grasp the key events in teaching and promote the accurate generationof teaching permeation;Enhance their own professional quality,form a good penetration e-ffect;With the help of a variety of teaching means,enrich teaching penetration;Form the characteristic teaching art,excavate the penetration depth.Through the above strategies,t-eachers can more effectively promote students understanding and absorption of teaching c-ontent,improve teaching quality and learning effectiveness,and realize the purpose of“m-agnetic field effect”activated by teaching penetration.
