摘要
微透析技术作为一项活体取样技术,最初被广泛应用于脑部神经学科研究,后来在外周组织中也得到了广泛应用。在研究药物的组织渗透、目标组织内药物分布以及体内代谢动力学等方面,微透析技术发挥了重要的作用。本文对微透析技术的发展历程和应用领域进行了综述,详细介绍了其原理、相对回收率(交换效率)、设备组成及特点,以及微透析技术在经皮给药制剂研究中的最新应用进展。有助于全面深入地了解微透析技术的重要性和其在不同领域中的应用价值和进展。
Microdialysis technology,as a technique for in vivo sampling,was initially widely used in neuroscience research of the brain and later extensively applied in peripheral tissues.Microdialysis technology has played a significant role in studying tissue penetration and distribution of drugs in target tissues,and pharmacokinetics in vivo.This paper provides an overview of the development and application areas of microdialysis technology,describing its principles,relative recovery(exchange efficiency),equipment composition and characteristics,and the latest advancements in its application of transdermal drug delivery formulations in details.This review contributes to a comprehensive understanding of the importance of microdialysis technology and its application value and advancements in various fields.
