高位移阻燃硅酮密封胶性能研究

摘要 研究了高位移阻燃密封胶中阻燃剂、增塑剂、交联剂及扩链剂对密封胶性能的影响。结果表明,复合阻燃剂能提高阻燃效率并增加断裂伸长率;二甲基硅油增塑剂的加入降低了拉伸模量,提升了最大力伸长率;交联剂烷基链增长导致交联密度降低、强度减弱、伸长率增加;扩链剂则显著提升伸长率而不影响模量和强度。优化配方制备的密封胶满足GB/T 24267—2009中25HM级的性能要求。 The effects of flame retardant,plasticizers,crosslinking agents and chain extenders on the properties of high mobility flame retardant sealant are studied.The results show that composite flame retardant can improve flame retardant efficiency and increase elongation at break;the addition of dimethyl silicone oil plasticizer reduces the tensile modulus and increases the maximum force elongation rate;the growth of alkyl chains in crosslinking agents leads to a decrease in crosslinking density,a decrease in strength,and an increase in elongation;chain extenders significantly increase elongation without affecting modulus and strength.The sealant prepared by optimizing formula meets the performance requirements of 25HM grade in GB/T 24267—2009.
