白坪煤矿智能化通风系统改造及应用

Transformation and application of intelligent ventilation system in Baiping Coal Mine

摘要 针对白坪煤矿现有通风管理系统存在工作效率低、投入人员多、精准度差、自动化和智能化水平低、处理应急灾变情况效果差等问题,依托矿井现有通风系统,提出构建一套基于物联网、AI、大数据分析、PLC控制等技术的智能化通风系统,分析了系统基本架构、主要功能及应用效果。该智能化通风系统能够实现矿井通风设备和通风网络的全面感知、实时互联、协同控制、远程控制、智能分析决策及无人值守和通风系统高效节能,有效提升矿井一通三防系统的信息化、自动化和智能化水平,为类似条件下矿井通风系统智能化建设提供了经验参考。 In view of the problems in the existing ventilation management system in Baiping Coal Mine,such as low work efficiency,large number of personnel,poor accuracy,low level of automation and intelligence,and poor effect in dealing with emergency disasters,relying on the existing ventilation system of the mine,an intelligent ventilation system based on Internet of Things,AI,big data analysis,PLC control and other technologies was proposed.Then,the basic structure,main functions and application effects of the system were analyzed.The intelligent ventilation system could realize the comprehensive perception,real-time interconnection,collaborative control,remote control,intelligent analysis,decision-making and unmanned operation of the mine ventilation equipment and the ventilation network,as well as high efficiency and energy saving of the ventilation system.It effectively improved the informatization,automation and intelligence level of the mine ventilation system,and provided experience reference for the intelligent construction of mine ventilation systems under similar conditions.
