摘要
该水库工程项目建设期间,由于施工行为对原地表产生扰动,破坏原地表土壤和植被,增加了土地裸露面积,损坏了部分水土保持设施,减弱了土体的抗蚀能力,同时表土剥离及堆放、大坝清基及填筑、基坑开挖与回填、回填土临时堆放、库底清理、土渣存放等工程行为严重加剧了土壤侵蚀,使区域内的水土流失量急剧增大。文章详述了枢纽工程区、水库淹没区、交通道路区、土料场区、移民集中安置区等水土流失防治区域的表土剥离、表土回覆、复耕地整治,以及各类排水措施、边坡防护措施、绿化措施等各种防治水土流失的水保措施。
Due to the disturbance of the original surface in reservoir construction,the original surface soil is destroyed and vegetation is deteriorated,resulting in greater bare soil surface area,and part of the soil and water conservation facilities are damaged,weakening the erosion resistance of the soil.Moreover,the engineering behaviors such as topsoil stripping and dump,dam foundation cleaning,foundation pit excavation and backfilling,temporary dump of earth for backfill,reservoir cleaning,and dregs storage,etc.have seriously aggravated the soil erosion,and the amount of soil erosion in the area increased sharply.This paper describes in detail the topsoil stripping,topsoil recovering,rehabilitation of cultivated land in soil erosion control area including the construction area,reservoir inundation area,traffic road area,earth yard area,and resettlement area,as well as the soil erosion control measures such as drainage,slope protection,and greening.
