在新时代背景下,普惠托育服务成为实现社会公平与促进人口平衡发展的关键环节。选取Q市作为研究样本,研究发现,普惠托育服务仍存在资源分布不均、服务质量参差不齐及政策支持不足等问题。在分析影响供需匹配的政策、经济与社会文化因素的基础上,提出具体的政策建议和优化措施,旨在通过多方协同作用,提高普惠托育服务的普及率和质量,从而更好地满足家庭托育需求。

In the new era,the universal childcare service has become a key link in realizing social equity and promoting balanced population development.Q city was selected as the research sample,and the study has found that the universal childcare service still faces problems such as uneven resource distribution and servic quality,insufficient policy support,and other problems.On the basis of the analysis of policy,economic and socio-cultural factors affecting the matching of supply and demand,specific policy recommendations and optimization measures are put forward with the aim of improving the prevalence and quality of the universal childcare service through the synergistic effect of multiple parties,so as to better meet the demand for family childcare.
