摘要
以山西大同褐煤为原料,利用氢氧化钾从褐煤中提取腐植酸,从而制备腐植酸钾,并研究KOH浓度、固液比、反应时间及反应温度等因素对腐植酸钾产率的影响。结果表明,制备腐植酸钾的最佳工艺条件为KOH浓度0.8 mol/L、温度90 ℃、反应时间90 min、固液比1∶10。在该工艺条件下,腐植酸钾产率为61.47%,腐植酸钾中水溶性腐植酸含量为71.36%,氧化钾含量为14.38%。
Humic acid is extracted from Shanxi Datong lignite using potassium hydroxide to prepare potassium humate.The effects of KOH concentration,reaction time,reaction temperature and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction rate of potassium humate are studied.The results show that the optimum conditions for preparing potassium humate are KOH concentration of 0.8 mol/L,temperature of 90℃,reaction time of 90 min and solid-liquid ratio of 1∶10.The extraction rate of potassium humate is 61.47%,and the content of water-soluble humic acid in potassium humate is 71.36%,the content of potassium oxide is 14.38%.
