摘要 铝材喷漆过程产生的废气中含有大量挥发性有机化合物,对环境和人类健康构成严重威胁。为有效治理铝材喷漆废气,综合分析喷淋净化处理、等离子净化法、微生物代谢法、燃烧法等处理技术。通过上述技术的合理组合,旨在为铝材喷漆行业提供全面的废气治理方案,有高效治理铝材喷漆废气,满足环保法规的要求,改善工作环境。 The exhaust gas generated during the aluminum spray painting process contains a large amount of volatile organic compounds,which pose a serious threat to the environment and human health.To effectively control the exhaust gas from aluminum spray painting,comprehensive analysis is conducted on treatment technologies such as spray purification,plasma purification,microbial metabolism,and combustion.Through the reasonable combination of the above technologies,the aim is to provide a comprehensive waste gas treatment solution for the aluminum spray painting industry,which efficiently treats aluminum spray painting waste gas,meets the requirements of environmental regulations,and improves the working environment.
