深埋矿井面临的高地应力环境使得传统支护方法难以应对长期地压,常导致支护结构变形或顶板崩塌。滑移式临时支护装置与梁杆快装组件提供了有效的解决方案,增强了支护的灵活性与可靠性。这些设备通过模块化设计,简化了安装流程,降低了专业技能需求和人力成本,显著提高了支护结构的安装速度和稳定性。边扩边安工艺整合了扩帮与支护工序,优化了矿井作业流程,缩短了工期,减少了安全风险。实际应用显示,这些技术不仅提高了施工安全性和效率,还通过减少材料和减少施工人员,为矿企带来显著的经济效益。
The high ground stress environment in deep mine makes it difficult for traditional support methods to cope with long-term ground pressure,which often leads to deformation of support structure or roof collapse.The sliding temporary support device and the beam and rod quick-mount assembly provide an effective solution to enhance the flexibility and reliability of the support.The modular design of these equipment simplifies the installation process,reduces the need for professional skills and labor costs,and significantly improves the installation speed and stability of the supporting structure.The process of side-expanding and side-safety integrates the operation procedures of excavation and wall-expanding and supporting,optimizes the mine operation flow,shortens the construction period and reduces the safety risk.Practical applications show that these technologies not only improve the safety and efficiency of construction,but also reduce the construction personnel by reducing the waste of materials and human resources,and bring significant economic benefits to mining enterprises.
