摘要
为顺应国家“双碳”战略目标,积极通过信息化手段持续改善生态环境、推动绿色低碳发展,文章针对环境合规、低碳发展的数字化创新应用进行了研究,开展了“环境+双碳”数智化管理平台研究与应用探索。探索了基于人工智能、大数据、云计算、物联网等技术,进行多源异构数据融合,生态环保人工智能大数据模型积累等工作。通过结合绿色服务知识库,为能源与环境物联网监控、区域环境碳监测与分析、碳资产管理、碳减排分析等应用场景提供技术路线支持。为构建绿色环境的建设提供重要参考。
In order to comply with the national“dual carbon”strategy goals,the ecological environment,promote green and low-carbon development were improved actively through information technology.This paper conducted in-depth research on digital innovation applications for environmental compliance and low-carbon development,which conducted research and application exploration on the“environment+dual carbon”digital management platform.The platform is based on technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data,cloud computing.It studies the aggregation and application of multi-source heterogeneous data in the industry,accumulates artificial intelligence big data models for ecological environmental protection industry,constructs a green service knowledge base,and provides functions such as energy environmental internet of things monitoring,regional environment carbon monitoring and analysis,carbon accounting,carbon asset management,and carbon reduction analysis.
