随着信息技术的飞速发展,智能制造已成为工业4.0时代的核心驱动力。面对生产效率、质量控制、成本管理及供应链优化等一系列挑战,传统制造业正迫切需要转型升级。基于此背景,文章深入探讨了人工智能技术在智能制造领域中的优化与创新应用。通过分析AI在智能制造中的技术实现,揭示了AI技术如何提升制造业的生产效率、降低运营成本、优化产品质量和加强供应链协同,以期为制造业的数字化转型提供理论支持和实践指导。
With the rapid development of information technology,intelligent manufacturing has become the core driving force of the industry 4.0 era.Facing a series of challenges such as production efficiency,quality control,cost management and supply chain optimization,traditional manufacturing industry is in urgent need of transformation and upgrading.Based on this background,this paper discusses in depth the optimization and innovative application of AI technology in the field of intelligent manufacturing.By analyzing the technical implementation of AI in smart manufacturing,this paper reveals how AI technology can enhance the productivity of manufacturing,reduce operational costs,optimize product quality and strengthen supply chain collaboration,with a view to providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the digital transformation of manufacturing.
