摘要
稀释法CEMS(连续排放监测系统)因其快速、准确、稳定的特性,已在锅炉脱硫出口烟气监测中得到了广泛应用。文章对稀释法CEMS在不同工况下的适应性、稳定性及测量精度进行了深入探讨,针对典型锅炉脱硫出口烟气特性设计了实验参数,考察了稀释比率、流量控制以及采样点的空间分布对监测结果的影响。通过对比分析同步取样数据与标准方法测定结果,验证了稀释法CEMS在不同稀释比条件下的监测准确性,推断出最佳稀释比。这些研究不仅对提高烟气脱硫后的监测准确性具有重要意义,而且为其他工业排放监测领域提供了技术借鉴和应用扩展的可能性。
The dilution method CEMS(Continuous Emission Monitoring System)has been widely used in flue gas monitoring for boiler desulfurization because of its fast,accurate and stable characteristics.In this study,the adaptability,stability and measurement accuracy of dilution CEMS under different working conditions were deeply discussed.Experimental parameters were designed for the characteristics of flue gas at the desulfurization outlet of a typical boiler,and the effects of dilution ratio,flow control and spatial distribution of sampling points on the monitoring results were investigated.By comparing the synchronous sampling data with the standard method,the monitoring accuracy of dilution CEMS under different dilution ratios was verified,and the optimal dilution ratio was deduced.These studies not only have important significance to improve the monitoring accuracy of flue gas desulfurization,but also provide the possibility of technology reference and application expansion for other industrial emission monitoring fields.
