汽车衡智能计量系统的设计与实现

摘要 随着信息化的发展,工业信息化在制造业的应用越来越普及,汽车衡计量也从以前的手动人工操作,发展到现在的无人值守自动智能计量,有效提升了企业的管理水平。主要探讨了汽车衡智能计量系统的设计与实现,针对汽车衡提高计量效率、降低成本、严控安全风险等方面的需求,为有色制造业设计了新的计量及管理模式,并在大型冶炼厂中进行了验证。 With the development of informatization,the application of industrial informatization in manufacturing is becoming more and more popular.The measurement of truck scales has evolved from manual operation in the past to unmanned automatic intelligent measurement now,which effectively improves the management level of enterprises.This paper mainly discusses the design and implementation of the truck scales intelligent metering system,aiming at the needs of improving measurement efficiency,reducing costs,and strictly controlling safety risks of truck scales,designs a new measurement and management mode for the nonferrous metals manufacturing industry,and verifies it in large-scale smelting plants.
