摘要
某电厂共有两台9E燃气轮机组,每台燃气轮机组配套一台余热锅炉及相对应的烟囱等附属设备。由于原设计安装的燃机烟气在线监测系统(CEMS)存在NO_(x)测量不规范(NO、NO_(2)未分开测量)、烟尘零点漂移大、设备量程偏大等问题,拟对目前CEMS系统进行改造,解决存在的问题,并增加完善系统功能,保障烟气测量准确,提高系统的运行可靠性,满足环保监管要求。文章通过深入分析该电厂余热锅炉环保设备CEMS系统的改造工程,以期为同类环保设备改造提供参考。
There are two 9E gas turbine units in a power plant,and each gas turbine unit is equipped with a waste heat boiler and the corresponding chimney and other auxiliary equipment.Due to the problems of the originally designed and installed gas turbine flue gas online monitoring system(CEMS),such as non-standard NO_(x) measurement(NO,NO_(2) not measured separately),large smoke zero drift,large equipment range and other problems,it is proposed to transform the current CEMS system to solve the existing problems,and increase and improve the functions of the system to ensure the accuracy of flue gas measurement,improve the operation reliability of the system,and meet the requirements of environmental supervision.Through a thorough analysis of the transformation project of the CEMS system of the waste heat boiler protection equipment in the power plant,in order to provide a reference for the transformation of similar environmental protection equipment.
