摘要
目的:分析荜茇的药理作用研究现状和研究趋势。方法:分别从CNKI数据库与Web of Science数据库核心合集,导出主题为荜茇的药理作用的中英文文献,并使用CiteSpace、VOSviewer、Excel软件分别对中英文文献发文量、关键词等进行分析。结果:筛选后得到文献271篇,其中中文文献224篇,英文文献47篇。可视化分析结果表示,荜茇的药理作用相关文章年发文量总体呈现增长趋势。研究热点为荜茇的降血脂、抗肿瘤、抗癌、抗炎功能及其作用机制。结论:荜茇的主要化学成分荜茇宁、荜茇酰胺、胡椒碱等用于治疗高血脂症、抗肿瘤、抗癌、抗炎等作用机制的研究以及数据挖掘、组方规律的探究为目前的研究热点。荜茇治疗高血脂症、抗肿瘤、抗癌及其作用机制的研究为未来的重点研究趋势。
Objective:To analyze the current status and research trends of pharmacological effects of Piper longum L.Methods:Chinese and English literatures on the pharmacological effects of Piper longum L.were extracted from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science core collection,respectively.CiteSpace,VOSviewer and Excel software were used to analyze the number of publications and keywords of the English and Chinese literatures.Results:A total of 271 literatures were obtained,including 224 Chinese literatures and 47 English literatures.The visual analysis results showed that the annual number of articles related to the pharmacological effects of Piper longum L.showed an overall increasing trend.The research hotspots are the lipid-lowering,anti-tumor,anti-cancer,and anti-inflammatory functions of Piper longum L.and its mechanism of action.Conclusion:Current research focuses on the mechanisms of the main chemical components of Piper longum L.,such as piperlongine,piperlongamide,and piperine,in the treatment of hyperlipidemia,anti-tumor,anti-cancer,and anti-inflammatory effects,as well as data mining and the exploration of prescription rules.The research on the treatment of hyperlipidemia,antitumor,anti-cancer and its mechanism of action of Piper longum L.is the key research trend in the future.
