随着社会经济与科学技术的飞速发展,高层建筑的数量与日俱增,人们对高层建筑的要求也不断提高。机电建设费用在整个建筑成本中的比重越来越大。为节约建筑给水系统建设费用和运行成本,通过分析各给水方式的特点并结合工程建设的实际经验,得出合理的系统设计、关键部位的安装质量对高层建筑的投资建设、后期的运行维护成本影响重大的结论,对建筑给水系统的选取以及安装要点进行了重点阐述。

With the rapid development of social economy and science and technology,the number of high-rise buildings is increasing day by day,and people’s requirements for high-rise buildings are also constantly improving.The proportion of mechanical and electrical construction costs in the overall construction cost is also increasing.In order to save the construction and operation costs of building water supply systems,this article analyzes the characteristics of various water supply methods and combines practical experience in engineering construction to conclude that reasonable system design and installation quality of key parts have a significant impact on the investment and construction of high-rise buildings,as well as the later operation and maintenance costs.It also briefly analyzes the selection and installation points of building water supply systems.
