明挖下穿隧道横穿既有道路施工技术要点研究

摘要 旨在研究明挖下穿隧道横穿既有道路的施工技术。采用了文献综述法和案例分析法,对相关施工技术进行了系统阐述。在具体施工中,基坑施工、模板工程和大体积混凝土施工是三大关键环节,需严格按照技术规范和质量标准实施。做好施工现场勘察、周围情况调查、施工技术考量、材料确定和施工图纸设计等准备工作是顺利实施明挖下穿隧道施工的前提。研究结果表明,明挖下穿隧道施工虽然难度大、风险高,但只要前期准备充分、施工组织科学合理、现场管理严格规范,就能够确保工程安全、质量、进度和成本目标的实现。 Aim to study the construction technology of open cut tunnels crossing existing roads.The study used literature review and case analysis methods to systematically expound on relevant construction technologies.In specific construction,foundation pit construction,formwork engineering,and large volume concrete construction are the three key links that need to be strictly implemented in accordance with technical specifications and quality standards.Proper preparation work such as site survey,surrounding situation investigation,construction technology consideration,material determination,and construction drawing design is a prerequisite for the smooth implementation of open cut tunnel construction.The research results indicate that although the construction of open cut underpass tunnels is difficult and risky,as long as the preliminary preparation is sufficient,the construction organization is scientific and reasonable,and the on-site management is strict and standardized,it can ensure the achievement of the project's safety,quality,schedule,and cost goals.
