摘要
目的:探讨健康管理一体化服务模式对肥胖体检人群心理依从性和满意度的影响。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年1月在某院进行健康体检的肥胖人员102例为对照组(常规体检服务模式),2023年2月至2024年2月进行健康体检的肥胖人员103例为试验组(健康管理一体化服务模式)。比较两组体检效率(候检时间和检查时间)、心理依从性、体检满意度、体检质量(护理态度、沟通情况、健康宣教)、自身健康状况知晓率。结果:相较对照组,试验组的候检时间和检查时间均明显缩短(t=13.269,20.737;P<0.05),心理依从性和体检满意度明显提高(χ^(2)=7.319,10.979;P<0.05),体检质量明显提高(t=-9.293,-12.815,-20.199;P<0.05),自身健康状况知晓率也明显提高(t=-10.556;P<0.05)。结论:健康管理一体化服务模式可以提高肥胖体检人群体检效率、心理依从性、体检满意度、体检质量以及自身健康状况知晓率。
Objective:To explore the effect of integrated health management service model on psychological compliance and satisfaction of obese people.Methods:A total of one hundred and two obese persons who underwent physical examination in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the control group(routine physical examination service mode),and one hundred and three obese persons who underwent physical examination from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the experimental group(integrated health management service mode).The efficiency of physical examination(waiting time and examination time),psychological compliance,satisfaction of physical examination,quality of physical examination(nursing attitude,communication,health education)and awareness rate of their own health status were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the waiting time and inspection time of experimental group were significantly shortened(t=13.269,20.737;P<0.05),psychological compliance and satisfaction of physical examination were significantly improved(χ^(2)=7.319,10.979;P<0.05),the quality of physical examination was significantly improved(t=-9.293,-12.815,-20.199;P<0.05),the awareness rate of their own health status was also significantly increased(t=-10.556,P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated health management service model can improve the efficiency of physical examination,psychological compliance,satisfaction of physical examination,quality of physical examination and awareness rate of their own health status.
