图画互动式教育模式对雾化治疗支气管哮喘患儿心理状态及治疗依从性的影响

摘要 目的:探讨图画互动式教育模式对支气管哮喘儿童雾化治疗的心理状态和治疗依从性的影响。方法:对2023年1月—2024年1月于某院确诊患有支气管哮喘并正在接受雾化治疗的85例支气管哮喘患儿进行随机对照试验,在对两组患儿入院后进行常规治疗的基础上,参与者被分为两组接受为期4周的干预护理,干预组接受图画互动式教育干预护理,对照组仅接受常规护理;通过标准化问卷和医院自制的评分表对患儿的哮喘控制效果、治疗依从性、心理状态、生活质量、家属护理满意度进行评估比较。结果:图画互动式教育模式干预后,与对照组相比,干预组患儿的哮喘总控制率显著升高(χ^(2)=5.308,P<0.05);接受图画互动教育模式的患儿治疗依从性更高(P<0.05);干预组患儿的心理状态显著高于对照组(t=5.049,3.666,4.459,3.810;P<0.001);干预组患儿的生活质量较对照组显著提升(t=5.907,3.819,4.361;P<0.001);干预组患儿家属的护理满意度较对照组有明显改善(χ^(2)=5.308,P<0.05)。结论:对支气管哮喘患儿进行图画互动式教育模式的护理干预,可以有效提升哮喘控制率、治疗依从性和家属护理满意度,有助于患儿心理状态的纠正,从而提高生活质量。 Objective:To investigate the effects of an interactive educational model with pictures on the psychological state and treatment adherence of nebulized therapy in children with bronchial asthma.Methods:A randomized controlled trial was conducted on 85 children with bronchial asthma who were diagnosed with bronchial asthma and were undergoing nebulized treatment in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024.On the basis of the conventional treatment of the two groups of children after admission to the hospital,the participants were divided into two groups to receive intervention care for a period of 4 weeks,with the intervention group receiving the pictorial-interactive educational intervention care,and the control group receiving only the conventional care;The effectiveness of asthma control,treatment adherence,psychological status,quality of life,and family satisfaction with care were assessed through a standardized questionnaire and the hospital's own rating scales.A standardized questionnaire and the hospital's own rating scale were used to compare the children's asthma control,treatment adherence,psychological status,quality of life,and family satisfaction with care.Results:After the intervention of the interactive educational model with pictures,the total asthma control rate of the children in the intervention group was significantly higher compared with that of the control group(P<0.05);Treatment adherence was higher in the children who received the interactive educational model with pictures(P<0.05),and the psychological status of the children in the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=5.049,3.666,4.459,3.810;P<0.001);The quality of life of children in the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=5.907,3.819,4.361;P<0.001),and the nursing satisfaction of children's families in the intervention group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention of drawing interactive education model for children with bronchial asthma can effectively improve the asthma control rate,treatment compliance and family care satisfaction of the children,and help to correct the psychological state of the children,so as to improve the quality of life of the children living with asthma.
