溃疡性结肠炎患者心理弹性与健康促进行为、生活质量的相关性

Correlation between psychological resilience,health-promoting behaviors,and quality of life in patients with ulcerative colitis

目的:探讨溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者心理弹性与健康促进行为、生活质量的相关性。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年2月在某医院接受治疗的81例UC患者和同期在医院健康体检中心接受体检的81名健康志愿者作为调查对象,分别设为UC组和常规组。采用中文版心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、健康促进生活方式量表Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)以及炎症性肠病生活质量量表(IBDQ)问卷对研究对象进行调查,并分析UC患者的心理弹性与健康促进行为、生活质量的相关性。结果:UC组患者的心理弹性水平、健康促进行为及生活质量总得分均低于常规组(t=14.748,8.347,11.623;P<0.001);Pearson分析结果显示,UC患者的心理弹性与健康促进行为呈正相关(r=0.671,P<0.001),与生活质量呈正相关(r=0.754,P<0.001)。结论:UC患者的心理弹性水平较低、健康促进行为处于较差水平,生活质量较低,尚有待提升。心理弹性与健康促进行为和生活质量均有关。

Objective:To explore the correlation between psychological resilience and health-promoting behaviors and quality of life in patients with ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods:A total of 81 UC patients who received treatment in our hospital from January 2022 to February 2024 and 81 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examinations at the hospital's health examination center during the same period were selected as the survey subjects,divided into the UC group and the routine group.The Chinese version of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),Health-promoting life Scale II(HPLP-Ⅱ)and Inflammatory Bowel Disease Quality(IBDQ)were used to investigate the study subjects,and the correlation between mental Resilience and health-promoting behavior and quality of life in UC patients was analyzed.Results:The mental resilience level,health promoting behavior and total score of quality of life in UC group were lower than those in conventional group(t=14.748,8.347,11.623;P<0.001);Pearson analysis showed that mental resilience of UC patients was positively correlated with health promotion behavior(r=0.671,P<0.001)and quality of life(r=0.754,P<0.001).Conclusion:UC patients have lower levels of psychological resilience,poorer health-promoting behaviors,and lower quality of life,which still needs improvement.Psychological resilience is related to health promotion behavior and quality of life.In clinical treatment.
