摘要
目的:探讨特质愤怒对高中生攻击行为的影响机制,考查愤怒反刍的中介作用与自悯的调节作用。方法:采用特质愤怒量表、愤怒反刍思维量表、自悯量表、攻击性行为量表对649名高中生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)特质愤怒与攻击行为显著正相关(r=0.54,P<0.01);(2)愤怒反刍在特质愤怒与攻击行为之间起部分中介作用(β=0.08,t=0.02,P<0.001,中介效应占总效应的17%)(3)自悯对中介效应的后半段路径起调节作用(β=-0.11,t=-4.65,P<0.001)。结论:高水平特质愤怒会提升高中生愤怒反刍的频率,进而增加其攻击行为,高自悯可以降低愤怒反刍对于攻击行为的影响。
Objective:To investigate the mechanism by which trait anger influences aggressive behaviors among high school students,and to assess the mediating and moderating effects of anger rumination and self-compassion in this process.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 649 high school students using the Trait Anger Scale,Anger Rumination Scale,Self-Compassion Scale,and Aggression Behavior Scale.Results:①There was a significant positive correlation between trait anger and aggressive behavior(r=0.54,P<0.01);②Anger rumination played a partial mediating role between trait anger and aggressive behavior(β=0.08,t=0.02,P<0.001,the mediating effect accounting for 17%of the total effect);③Self-compassion moderated the latter part of the mediating path(β=-0.11,t=-4.65,P<0.001).Conclusion:High levels of trait anger are associated with an increased frequency of anger rumination among high school students,which in turn,is likely to augment their aggressive behaviors.Conversely,a high degree of self-compassion can mitigate the influence of anger rumination on aggressive actions.
